Shipping policy
Hong Kong and China Shipping
Most of our local orders are shipped within 2 working days of purchase from our warehouse, pending availability, credit verification and weather permitting.
Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We ship Monday to Friday with the exception of public holiday. During big promotions and holidays, please allow additional day of processing. If any order placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered in about a week.
Oversea Shipping
Most of our oversea orders are shipped within 2 working days of purchase from our warehouse, pending availability, credit verification and weather permitting.
Delivery within 5-14 working days depends on country. But transit time excludes any customs processing time.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, payment of these is necessary to release your order. The shipping cost is nonrefundable.
